Come join your Village friends for a tour of the Lowell Boat Shop and then enjoy a communal brown-bag lunch (please bring your own), weather permitting. 

The museum is on the bottom floor of the shop and is accessible by elevator. The tour has two parts: part one is of the boats currently under construction, and part two is of the museum that tells the more than 200-year history through video and exhibits. We will learn about the Banks Dory, which at one point was built by the thousands each year. 
 
Details:

• The admission fee for the historic boat shop tour is $6.00.
• Bring your brown bag lunch.
• Please plan to carpool as parking is tight. 
• Note that you need to register by July 17 because the Boat Shop requires the final count a week in advance.
