Benin and Ghana: A Brief Look at History, Tradition and Culture. A Maine-based artist, Ellen Golden loves the opportunity for learning that comes through travel. For this presentation, she will be sharing images and experiences from a trip in January 2022 to the West African countries of Benin and Ghana. Both are beautiful places with complex histories and rich cultural heritages and Ellen hopes to be able to communicate some of that through her talk.
